Special Departure Flights for June

Mongolia reopened to foreign travelers from 10 countries as of June 1, including those from the U.S., Turkey, UAE, Greece, Kyrgyzstan, India, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, and Brazil. Here, we've outlined flight schedules for June  — including  the entry requirements for foreign travelers.

Tickets can be obtained from the mentioned airlines above, such as Mongolian Airlines, Korean Air, Turkish airlines and Asiana Airlines. To request a reservation on the MIAT flights (Mongolian Airlines), please contact the MIAT call center at +976 11-333-999. 

As for the entry requirements for international travelers, all travelers coming to Mongolia must be fully vaccinated and they are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel.

In general, people are considered fully vaccinated: 

• 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines
• 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

Also, people have to be quarantined for 7 days upon arrival and will still be required to wear a mask on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of Mongolia.
