Select your service
Once you have selected your service please click on the “Make a Booking” button to display our service booking form.
Completing our booking form

Please complete the booking form and then send it to us by clicking the "submit" button located at the end of the form.

If you wish to place a booking for more than one service or choose different accommodations please complete a separate booking form for each service and individual accommodation or check in date.

Some additional information that may be of your assistance:

  • We do not require any credit card details when you complete the booking form
  • We understand and respect the importance of your privacy and security. For
    only confirmed booking, we request your card details
  • We aim to keep cancellation charges as low as possible. For details please refer to our cancellation policy
Confirming your service
  • After sending the booking form to us you will immediately receive an email detailing your booking request
  • We will then process your service booking and aim to confirm your booking or advise on other optional availability within 24 hours
  • If your selected service is available we will send you an email informing you of the details of your booking, total cost and payment date
  • If your selected service is unavailable then we will try to suggest an alternative option for your consideration
Paying for your booking

Bookings submitted within 14 days before service start (not applicable for air and train ticketing):

  • We require your credit card details when you submit the booking form to us to enable us to process your booking
  • We accept payment by Visa card
  • Our cancellation policy will apply once availability is confirmed
  • If your selected service is unavailable then no charges will apply.

Bookings submitted more than 14 days before service start:

  • For bookings more than 14 days before service start we do not require any credit card details when you submit the booking form
  • If your selected service is available, our booking confirmation email will advise you of our requested payment date
  • Payments can be made by using our secure online payment form or fax payment
  • We accept payment by Visa card
  • Our cancellation policy will apply once you have submitted your credit card details
Receiving your service voucher
Once your payment has been authorised by our bank, we will send you the service voucher (via email) which should be presented at the check in for accommodation bookings and to the service providers upon your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the service is available and you have secured your reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer. We do not charge a cancellation fee for services that have not been confirmed.

Cancellations:

To cancel a booking please advise us by sending an email to agent@selenatravel.com and inserting the word "Cancel" in the subject line. The email must include the following details:

  1. Booking reference ID number
  2. Email address you used for the booking
  3. First and family name used for the booking

Cancellation charges will vary due to the service type you booked with us and different policies will apply for each services.
So please read the Cancellation section on the pages of each service for more details.

No Shows:
If a customer fails to arrive on time or check in at a hotel, the company will impose a no show charge. This varies depending on the service types, but normally we charge

For accommodations: charge for the whole booking period.
For tickets of fair and train travel: charge for the whole ticket.
For guide and car arrangement: charge for 1 day service.
For transfers and Invitation: charge for whole service.

Amendments:
Our amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. To amend a booking please advise us by sending an email to agent@selenatravel.com and inserting the word "Amend" in the subject line. The email must include the following details:

  1. Booking reference ID number
  2. Email address you used for the booking
  3. First and family name used for the booking
