1. Booking a tour: Once you select your interested tour, please click the "Book this tour" button at the bottom of the tour page. Then fill in the form and submit it. Or you can just simply click the "Book a tour" button on the left hand of this page. Then choose your selected tour from the tour list and fill fhe form and submit it. Of course, you also can email us which tour you would like to book along with your names and dates of your travel at sales@selenatravel.com. Our sales manager will get back to you shortly regarding your booking.
2. Finding travel buddies: If you have found your interested tour but travelling alone and want to share the prices and have fun, please pick the "Registration" button on the left hand of this page and fill the form and submit. Your interested trip will be listed on our "Join set departure" page and we will find you travel buddies.
3. Joining a set departure: If you are travelling alone and want to join a not big group, this is for you! Please click the "Join set departure" button on the left of this page and see our trip set departures and see whether someone already registered for that departure and looking for travel buddies or not. If yes, you can click on the "Join now" button and fill the form and submit. If not, please go to the "Registration" page and register yourself there! We will do the rest.
   
4. How to confirm your trip with us?

Our clients are kindly asked to transfer 500-1000 USD per person (depending on the tour class) as trip deposit to confirm their trips/spots on the tours with Selena Travel.

The trip deposit is made by either of the following ways:

a. Bank Wire Transfer to Selena Travel bank account
b . Online by your VISA / Master card (Secure website Verified by Visa)

*In all cases, the payer is responsible for transfer/card charges.

The remaining balance of the total payment is transferred 30-60 days prior to the trip departure on paid upon your arrival in Mongolia in cash USD. All reservations are subjects to cancellation if deposit is not received on its due date.

5. Tour cancellations
   
   Trip deposit is only partially refundable if the client cancels the trip because of any personal matters. Tour cancellation policy is different for different tour, but mostly a non-refundable 100-300 USD admission charge is deducted from tour deposit if you cancel your tour some 90 days prior to the departure. You will be informed upon your tour booking with exact details of your chosen tour.
   
   Trip deposit is refundable for the following reasons:
   - In any cases of severe infectious diseases like the SARS, bird flu or the like. But only when the WHO (World Health Organization) states Mongolia as a dangerous zone.
   - Any political or military rebellions, civil wars in Mongolia.
   - Natural disasters like flood, landslides, earthquakes, sand storms in Mongolia.

Responsibilities of Selena Travel for Tours in General:

1. The responsibilities of Selena Travel are strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including guide service, surface transportation, domestic air transportation, excursions and accommodations, which we purchase or reservation from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services, for our tour programs, are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.
2. To the extent that we are involved in booking air transportation for you, we act as your agent and not as an agent for the air carrier. However we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agent for the land services.
3. We will be responsible for any fluctuations in currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payments. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
4. We are not responsible for any terrorist attacks, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay, cancellations or dealys of airlines and train companies.
5. We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services which the client requires with the local agent or local guide or the driver contemporarily in the different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case we do not accept any reliability for any loss including shopping, extra attraction and destinations. But we will try our best to help our clients get outside of the puzzled conditions including chase compensation if any damages or losses occurred. Our mission is to care for and provide an exceptional experience to every person who travels with us.

If you want something else besides the mentioned programs, you simply send an email to us saying your special desires. We will send you an offer that have to be confirmed.

Tour and sightseeing:
All tours and sights will be guided by professional licensed English (Japanese, French and German) speaking guides and will be transferred by cozy vehicles. Sequence of seigntseeing may be changed from the order shown in the itinerary if necessary.

Meals:
Mostly all meals are served during our tours as specified in each itinerary or hotel package.
Full Board consists of 3 meals (B, L, D) a day.

Most of Our Tour Prices Include the Following Services:

• Accommodation as per the itinerary in hotels (H) and Ger camps (Gc) or Tent (T)
• Meals as listed in the trip itinerary
• All domestic transportation
• Domestic flights in Mongolia/China/Russia where applicable
• Round-trip transfer airport/train station-hotel-airport/train station
• Guiding & interpreting service
• Tickets for Cultural activities and museums according to the itinerary
• Entrance fees for National parks
• Lunches and dinners in Ulaanbaatar include 1 soft drink
• Visa support invitation letter if needed
• Return ticket confirmation service
• Horse/Camel riding, boat sail, kayaking fees according to the itinerary if applicable

Services not included in the tour price:
International air tickets, travel insurance, passport and visa fees, expenses of personal nature, excess luggage fees, services not stated in the itinerary.

Single Supplement:
Single supplement for hotel room and Ger at tourist camps in the countryside is available at certain charges, and your request must be informed at least 30 days beforetrip starts.

Tips and taxes:
Airport departure tax (15 500 MNT or 13 USD) and custom fee are not included. Tips to the staff, guides and drivers are not included and are left for your discretion.
