HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Step 1: First you have to contact the Solid Ways Travel Agency by email or phone
Step 2: Our transportation manager wiil answer your car rent inquiry. After contacting our manager will confirm your car rent service.
Step 3: After confirming your car rent our manager will give you the information of payment and other necessary information.
Step 4: After everything is become clear. Your last thing is just come to in Mongolia

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All car rental reservations confirmed by Solid Ways Car rentals are to be paid 40% deposit or full payment to Solid Ways travel agency. Payment is accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) in the renters name. In the price included10% VAT.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a booking must be made a minimum of 7 days before the rental of the vehicle. If you wish to cancel a booking, the only accepted method is through our email and should be received cancelation letter and your refund. The cancellation fee is according to following conditions:

7 days prior to arrival date free of charge
6-4 days prior to arrival date 40 % of one day rental payment
3-1 days prior to arrival date 80 % of one day rental payment
One the arrival date or No show 100% charge of one day rental payment
