WHAT IS A GER?
  Ger
is our traditional round shaped dwelling that has been used
since the Mongols started nomadic life with animal husbandry.
Ger is portable, easily assembled and disassembled, and the
most natural dwelling on earth. A ger consists of felt covers,
wooden columns, and a round window at the top, thin wooden
poles and floor, wall (wooden lattice attached together with
animal hide, ropes) and ropes. Most of ger materials are made
of animals like felt- sheep wool, ropes- camel or sheep wool,
horse or yak's tail, and of course wood.
 Ger
Camp is a kind of hotel that serves customers with gers instead
of hotel rooms and always located at the best viewing spot
of a tourist attraction site. Ger Tourist Camps have gers,
restaurants, bars, common washing facilities such as shower,
sauna etc., Ger camp restaurant serves Mongolian traditional
cuisine and European dishes as well. You have opportunities
of wildlife viewing, horse or camel riding, hiking, relaxing
and entertaining yourselves with local folklore concert. Nomadic
family visit is also available.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
Step 1. Contact Solid Ways by e-mail or fax.
Step 2. Tell us the ger camp name(s) and the dates you want
to stay at the ger camp(s) you choose.
Please make sure you give as much detail as possible so that
your booking is processed promptly and accurately. Confirm
your special requirements in your e-mail or fax message e.g.
your diet (whether a vegeterian or not), number of beds in
a ger etc.,
Step 3. Send us your valid passport copy by fax or attached
file as an image.
Step 4. Send us a confirmation letter that stating your booking
and payment condition.
Method of Payment
You will pay deposit of 30% of the total payment
in advance. The rest of the payment is only due upon your
arrival. You can transfer the deposit by money transfer services
Western Union or Money Gram.
CANCELLATIONS
Our cancellation policy will apply only once your
booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have
advised you that the service is available and you have secured
your service reservation by providing us with your credit
card details or by arranging a money transfer.
To cancel your booking you can advise us by sending an email
to info@solid-ways.com
or fax to (976) 701-702-99, Attention: Ms.Davaa and inserting
the word "Cancel" in the subject line. The email
must include the following details:
- Booking reference ID number
- Email address you used for the booking
- First and family name used for the booking
Individual or group bookings at discounted rates
If you are arranging travel for a larger group (min 12 PAX)
we are able to negotiate a more attractive rate for you.
If you have a particular requirement in relation to transfers,
guide, transportation and other short trips in and around
Ulaanbaatar, please remember to let us know when booking.
